Connection Point's mission is to identify and develop new business opportunities for Michigan companies ready to enter into new markets. New markets include, but are not limited to defense, aerospace, alternative energy, medical devices, automotive, consumer-packaged goods, advanced, creative serives and IT.

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit competitive proposals to establish an integrated marketing campaign and strategy that develops and propagates the Connection Point brand. Connection Point is an economic development program operated through the Detroit Regional Chamber.

Connection Point is seeking an integrated marketing strategy, that is consistent with the EDA grant and complete with all appropriate materials, to accomplish two things: 1) expand the current brand to be inclusive of companies both in and outside of Michigan, and 2) establish a lasting program identity that will extend beyond the life of the EDA grant (the grant ends 9/30/12).
