Carly Grace is the Mobility Initiatives Manager, leading the Mobility Employer Collaborative and coordinating various projects related to creating sector-based talent partnerships to support the Region’s mobility industry. She works closely with MichAuto and the Detroit Drives Degrees Community College Collaborative.
Grace joined the MichAuto team in 2021 as the Coordinator for MichAuto, which combined her knowledge of the industry and her love for working with students with MichAuto’s Discover Auto.
Before joining the Chamber, Grace worked in Rep. Haley Stevens’s district office, where she was exposed to the needs of the automotive and manufacturing industries. Before that, she applied her passion for macro social work by working on Rep. Mallory McMorrow’s Campaign.
Grace earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Ferris State University. She also worked for their admissions office connecting with potential students on campus tours and found a love for working with students.
Growing up in Ferndale, Grace has a love for the region and is an advocate for living, working, and playing in Michigan.
