Courtney Holland is a Success Coach for Detroit Reconnect at the Detroit Regional Chamber.
With a strong commitment to fostering educational equity, she previously held the role of Education Outreach Diversity Manager for the NSF Center of Computer-assisted Synthesis at the University of Notre Dame, where she focused on diversifying undergraduate research opportunities, especially for students with disabilities.
Before her time at Notre Dame, Holland was the Assistant Director of Academic Support Initiatives at the University of Minnesota. She is passionate about creating pathways for historically marginalized individuals to thrive in post-secondary education.
Holland earned her bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University and her master’s in education administration from Michigan State University.
Outside of work, Holland enjoys staying active and spending time with her family. When she is not training for her next 5k race, she is walking her dog, Winston, wrestling with her nephews, or serving her community with her sorority, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated.
