Daphne Donigan

Fellow, Small Business and Community Engagement, Detroit Regional Chamber

Daphne Donigan is the Small Business and Community Engagement Fellow for the Detroit Regional Chamber, where she holds a deep commitment to fostering growth, collaboration, and connection within the Detroit community.

With a background in strategic communications and a strong focus on community outreach, Donigan works closely with communities in Detroit by focusing on the NeighborHUB Grant Program and Leadership Detroit. She connects small businesses and nonprofits with resources, networks, and opportunities to grow.

Donigan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with certificates in Digital Media Analytics and Gender and Women studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at Wayne State University.

Outside of work, Donigan enjoys traveling and exploring new places, visiting art museums in Detroit, and discovering new perspectives through reading. Additionally, Donigan loves escaping into the world of music, exploring a variety of genres.
