Marvin Logan Jr.

Director, Education and Employment, Rocket Community Fund

Marvin Logan Jr. is the Director of Education and Employment for the Rocket Community Fund, leading the Education and Employment team and supporting new pathways to opportunity through workforce development, digital equity, and more.

As his work continues to expand, his goal is to significantly impact workforce development and digital empowerment to grow financial stability and wealth creation for the next generation. Ultimately, he hopes to alter and, when necessary, dismantle and create new systems to deliver equity.

Logan previously served as the Executive Director at OH WOW Center for Science and Technology. He is an award-winning professional who has spent a decade serving youth globally with organizations such as the Boys and Girls Clubs of Southeastern Michigan, Inspiring Minds, and Usher’s New Look.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in Africana Studies from Kent State University and a master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame. He is a proud member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.’s Gamma Lambda and Eta Tau Lambda chapters.
