Below is a recap from the Detroit Economic Club (DEC) about their recent member meeting, “Competing to Win: Manufacturing in America.”
The DEC hosted Jay Timmons, president and Chief Executive Officer of National Association of Manufacturers, on Tuesday, October 18, at Oakland Community College (OCC) – Auburn Hills Campus. In a fireside chat with DEC President & Chief Executive Officer Steve Grigorian, Timmons discussed “Competing to Win: Manufacturing in America” and answered questions from the audience.
After the program, attendees toured OCC’s Advanced Manufacturing, Robotics, and Skilled Trades Facilities.
