Warner Welcomes Three New Associates in Detroit

Ayan Ajeen, Lauren N. Moine, and Valerie I. Uduji have been admitted to the State Bar of Michigan. They are gaining experience in a variety of legal matters before selecting a practice group.
They join Brett M. Bozof, Joshua C. Eggert, John-Weston Franke, Caryn Hannapel, Samuel D. Hauke and Katrin B. Kelley as new associates. Bozof, Franke, Hauke and Kelley are based in Warner’s Grand Rapids office. Eggert is based in the Midland office. Hannapel is based in Warner’s Kalamazoo office.
Ajeen received her law degree magna cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in media and journalism and in public relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to joining Warner, she worked as a law clerk and legal research assistant at law firms in southeast Michigan.
Moine received her law degree cum laude from Wayne State University Law School where she was Order of the Coif. She holds a bachelor’s degree cum laude in political science and criminal justice from Grand Valley State University. Before joining Warner, she worked as a legal extern at an automotive supplier in Farmington Hills and a law clerk for Lakeshore Legal Aid in Detroit. Currently, she serves on the board of directors for the Michigan Youth Education Fund.
Uduji received her law degree cum laude from MSU College of Law. She holds a degree in anthropology and foreign affairs from the University of Virginia. She interned with Justice Kyra Bolden in the Michigan Supreme Court and with Judge Darlene O’Brien in the Washtenaw County Trial Court in Ann Arbor. She also served as a legal assistant at a law firm in Washington, D.C. before joining the firm.
